UPSTAIRS

Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed, balcony with a view of Cardigan Bay, ensuite: shower enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed large family room with a cot.
Bedroom 3: twin room with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4: bunk bed with a 4ft double on the bottom and a single on the top.
Bedroom 5: 1 super-king-size bed, ensuite: shower enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin.

Family bathroom: bath, walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

DOWNSTAIRS

Shower room: shower enclosure, toilet and hand basin.
Living room: two 3-seater sofas, one 2-seater sofa, 1 chair, 2 bean bags, games table, TV, sea views.
Kitchen: electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster.
Dining area: dining table and chairs for 10 people, 2 chairs, 2 seater sofa and a coffee table to sit and admire the view.
Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, space for bikes if required. Plenty of space for up to 2 dogs to stay and sleep.

OUTSIDE

Enclosed patio area with private hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Far-reaching view of Cardigan Bay.
Bean bags from the living room can be used on the patio if desired.
